Ocna Frame is an accommodation unit located at:

The maximum accommodation capacity is:

• 4 people in the standard setup;
• up to 5 people by using the sofa bed in the living area.

Reservations can be made through the following channels:

• directly through the website ocnaframe.ro;
• via the Airbnb platform;
• via the Booking.com platform.

* The minimum stay required is two nights

The rates displayed on the official website do not include commissions charged by third-party booking platforms. Reservations made through Airbnb or Booking.com are also subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms.

A reservation is considered confirmed after:

• completing the requested details;
• paying the requested advance deposit;
• receiving the booking confirmation from Ocna Frame.

To confirm the reservation, an advance deposit of 20% of the total value of the stay is required.

The remaining balance can be paid according to the instructions provided at the time of reservation confirmation.

Ocna Frame reserves the right to cancel bookings for which the advance deposit has not been paid within the specified timeframe.

Free cancellation

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge at least 15 calendar days before the check-in date.
In this case, the advance deposit paid will be fully refunded.

Cancellation between 15 days and 1 day before check-in

In case of a cancellation made less than 15 days before check-in, the advance deposit paid becomes non-refundable.

No-show

In case of a no-show without prior notice, the reservation is considered canceled, and any amounts paid will not be refunded.

Check-in

Between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Check-out

By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out will only be accommodated based on availability.

For the comfort of all guests and to protect the property, please respect the following rules:

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.

Smoking is exclusively allowed in designated outdoor areas, including:

• the fire pit area;
• the barbecue area.

Parties and events

Organizing parties, private events, or activities that may disturb the neighbors is prohibited.

Ocna Frame reserves the right to request the immediate termination of activities that generate excessive noise or discomfort.

Respect for the property

Guests are required to use all available amenities with care and avoid damaging the property.

Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may result in an obligation to pay compensation.

Ocna Frame is a pet-friendly location.

Guests traveling with pets are required to:

• supervise them at all times;
• maintain cleanliness;
• prevent damage to furniture or other property items.

The owner reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages caused by pets.

Jacuzzi

Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk.

Guests are required to:

• follow the instructions for use;
• supervise children at all times;
• use the facility in a responsible manner.

Barbecue

The barbecue area must be used in compliance with fire safety regulations.

It is forbidden to leave the fire unattended.

Playground

Children must be permanently supervised by adults.

Ocna Frame is not liable for accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities.

Ocna Frame makes every effort to ensure optimal accommodation conditions.

However, it cannot be held liable for:

• loss or theft of personal items;
• accidents resulting from non-compliance with the rules for using the facilities;
• temporary utility interruptions caused by external factors;
• force majeure situations.

Ocna Frame cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of contractual obligations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• fires;
• floods;
• pandemics;
• restrictions imposed by authorities;
• utility outages beyond the operator's control.

Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Ocna Frame reserves the right to modify this document at any time.
